- Please present your digital or printed voucher along with your passport at the ticket counter to collect your ticket between 17:00 and 20:00.
- The transfer time will be announced after confirmation by the show organizers.
- The shuttle departs from your hotel lobby, so please wait there at the specified time.
Age restrictions:
- Adult: 13 to 65 years old.
- Child: from 4 to 12 years old.
Terms and conditions:
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date.
- Seats are not reservable; boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The child ticket applies to children between 100 and 140 cm tall (proof may be required).
- Children under 100 cm tall can attend the show for free, on condition that they share a seat with a parent.
