Frequently Asked Questions About Tours and Booking
Answers to common questions about tour booking, payments, hotel transfers, guides, travelling with children and choosing the right tour in Phuket.
Booking
Choose a program in the tour catalog, select the date and number of guests on the tour page, and submit a request. Our team will confirm via WhatsApp or Telegram. You can also reach us through contact.
We recommend booking ahead, especially in high season and for popular island routes. Some programs accept bookings a day before departure — this depends on the tour and availability. Check the selected program page for the date you want.
It depends on the program, operating day and seat availability. Some tours accept bookings for the nearest date, but confirmation must be checked on the specific program page or when submitting a request. In the catalog you can filter by travel date and see available options.
Some programs offer faster booking confirmation — this is shown on the tour page in the program details. Not every tour is instant-confirm: for some requests our team checks availability manually.
After the date and program are agreed, our team confirms the booking via messenger or email. For paid online orders you also receive an e-voucher with trip details. The exact format depends on the tour and payment method.
Payment
You can pay by bank card (Russian or international), SBP and QR code, Apple Pay and Google Pay, transfer to a Thai bank account, USDT cryptocurrency, or cash at partner offices in Phuket. See the full list on payment methods.
Tour prices on the site are usually shown in Thai baht (THB, ฿). When paying through some gateways, the amount may be converted to rubles, USDT or another currency at the rate of the chosen method. The final amount is shown at checkout.
Prepayment rules depend on the program and booking flow. Some tours can be paid online in full; others allow on-site payment or arrangements with our team. Check the tour page and payment methods for options.
Most programs include the main services — transfer, program, insurance and meals (when listed). Extra costs may apply for remote-area transfers, park fees (if not included), optional add-ons and tips. See each tour page for what is included and excluded.
Hotel transfer
Most Phuket tours include round-trip hotel transfer, but conditions vary by program. For shows, private tours and some special routes, transfer may be optional or subject to a surcharge. Check the transfer block on the tour page you choose.
Many programs include pickup from central Phuket areas, including Patong, Karon and Kata, at no extra charge. This is not guaranteed for every tour: it depends on the program, pier and schedule. Exact zones and any surcharge are shown on the tour page and at booking.
Transfer surcharges usually reflect distance from the pickup route or departure pier. Some programs cover a standard free zone only; travel from remote areas may cost extra. Zones and fees are listed in the program description on the tour page.
Some sea programs allow meeting at the pier — it depends on the operator and tour. When available, this is noted in the program description or confirmed by our team. If you arrive independently, arrive on time for pier check-in.
Guides and languages
Yes — some programs include Russian-speaking guidance, especially popular island and sightseeing routes. Guide language depends on the program you select; check the key facts block and program title on the tour page.
No. Some programs run with an English-speaking guide or other languages. Before booking, check the guide language on the specific program — it can differ even within one tour with several options.
If the tour offers a program with an English-speaking guide, you can select it when booking. Availability is shown in the program description on the tour page. Tell our team your language preference before confirmation.
Children and restrictions
Most Phuket programs accept children, but minimum age and participation rules vary by tour. Age, height or health limits are listed on the specific program page. Check the FAQ and program description before booking.
Many tours offer child rates for age bands defined in each program. Discounts and age limits differ by operator. See current child prices in the programs block on the tour page.
Sea tours vary in duration and intensity. Calmer routes in Phang Nga Bay are often easier for families than long speedboat crossings in open sea. Minimum age and recommendations are on the tour page. For family tips, see Phuket family tours in the catalog.
Shorter transfers, calm seas and less strenuous activity work best — for example a James Bond Island tour in Phang Nga Bay. Age and health restrictions are listed on each tour page and must be checked individually.
Yes — many sea programs suit non-swimmers: life jackets are provided and snorkeling is usually optional. Activity level and time in the water depend on the route. Calmer bay tours are a good fit. Details are on the program page.
Sea tours
Typically: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, hat, spare clothes and cash for personal expenses. Some national parks may require a passport copy. A packing list is often in the program description on the tour page.
If sea conditions are unsafe, the operator may change the route, reschedule or cancel with a refund under the program rules. Decisions prioritise safety. Terms depend on the tour — see cancellation policy and the program page.
A speedboat is faster and more compact but can feel bumpier in waves. A catamaran is usually roomier on deck but may take longer. On one tour — e.g. Phi Phi Islands — several formats are available; compare programs on the tour page.
Phi Phi — classic lagoons and beaches. James Bond (Phang Nga Bay) — calm water, limestone scenery and kayaking, family-friendly. Similan Islands — top snorkeling and a seasonal park (closed part of the year). Compare: Phi Phi, James Bond, Similan Islands, or the island tours category.
Cancellation and booking changes
Yes — cancellation is possible, but deadlines and fees depend on the tour. General rules are on the cancellation policy page; individual programs may have separate terms on the tour page.
If the operator cancels due to weather or other reasons, you are usually offered a new date or a refund under the program rules. Our team will guide you through the process. Details depend on the tour and payment method.
Date or group size changes are often possible before a deadline, subject to availability and program rules. Contact our team as early as possible. Penalty-free windows for different tours are in the cancellation policy and on the tour page.
