The first stop on the itinerary will be Banana Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches on the island. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURS:

1. Weather conditions and force majeure:
  • Tour program is subject to change due to weather conditions, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances;
  • Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour;
  • In the event of a storm warning, when the maritime police prohibit small vessels from going out to sea, a refund for the tour or transfer to another date is provided;

2. Restrictions for group sea tours:
  • Persons over 70 years of age are not recommended to participate in group sea excursions;
  • People with physical disabilities or serious illnesses are not allowed to participate in group sea tours;
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in group sea excursions, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. If information about the pregnancy was provided at the departure pier, the cost of the excursion is non-refundable. In this case, the tourist must pay for the return transfer themselves.

3. Conditions for cancellation and non-attendance of the tour:
  • Free rescheduling of the tour is possible with notification at least 3 days before the start of the program;
  • In case of cancellation of air tours and individual programs, payment is not refunded in full;
  • Cancellation of other excursions less than 3 days before the start of the program is non-refundable;
  • In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour will be charged;
