Cancellation within 1 week — 50% of the booking amount is retained;
Cancellation within 3 days — 70% is retained;
Cancellation less than 3 days before the tour — no refund;
Free rescheduling possible with at least 7 days’ notice and subject to availability;

1. Weather and Force Majeure
The program may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances;
Rain is not considered a reason to cancel the tour;
In case of a storm warning, tours may be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Participant Restrictions
Tourists over the age of 70 are not recommended for sea excursions;
Persons with health limitations or serious medical conditions are not allowed;
Pregnant women are not allowed on sea tours, regardless of term.
